Warm-up:

2 Inchworm pushup lunge
4 Deep squat complex
6 V-up
8 Air squat
then
2 Rounds of:
4 Thruster
4 Knee raise Round 1, T2B Round 2
4 Hang squat clean
WOD:
A) 12 minutes to build to a heavy thruster
B) 3-4 RFT of:
600m Run (Scale to 400m)
8 UB Hang squat clean (Choose a load that allows you to go UB)
12 T2B/knee raise (Scale to 6-8)
18 minute cap.
