  • No open gym on Sunday, September 2.
  • Classes at 8 & 9 am only on Monday, September 3.A) Bench Press
    5-5-5-5-5
    15 minutes, building across all 5 sets

    B) Run 1 mile for time
    (Scale to 1000m run)

    1:00 Twisted Cross
