WOD: Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes:
6 Hang power clean (Building)
18 Pullup (Scale to 10-15 Pullup) (Rx+ perform 9 C2B & 9 COB)
54 DU (Scale to 34 DU or 108 SU)

Mobility:
:30 Cat/cow
:30 Child’s pose
:30 Side puppy
:30 Lying knee twist
