20 Slamball (25/20#)
20 Abmat situps
Rest 2 minutes

If the first round takes more than 6 minutes than scale to a 300m row and 15 reps of each movement.

Post WOD mobility:
2 minute lizard pose (each side)
1 minute pec mash with lacross ball (each side)
2 minute forward fold
