Pre-WOD:
EMOM for 6 minutes (3 sets each)
4-8 Strict HSPU (8 DB Strict Press)
6-10 Roll to Candlesticks (Sub 6 V-ups & 6 Air Squat)

WOD:
Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets) for max weight:
4 Deadlift
3 Hang Power Clean
2 Shoulder to Overhead
