Build each minute.

B) Every :90 for 9 minutes

C) Partner Sled Pull (Outside)
2-3 100m sled pulls (150/105)
Partner up, one partner goes full length of the alley and other partner returns.

Mobility:
3 minute double lacrosse ball along t-spine
1 minute lying knee twist each side
