A) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes (6 sets)
3 Position Clean (Ground, below knee, above knee) + 1 Jerk
Set 1: 60%
Set 2: 65%
Set 3: 70%
Set 4: 75%
Set 5: 80%

B) 4 Rounds each for time of:
15 Push press (Use ~65-70% of 1RM)
35 DU (Scale to <1minute of DU or 70 SU)
1 minute rest after each round

Mobility:
1:00 Standing archer each side
1:00 Standing forward fold
1:00 Standing straddle
