Happy Labor Day! Classes at 8 & 9 am and open gym at 12:30pm and 6:45pm.

Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
2 Rounds of:
20 Mountain climber
10 Air squat
5 Burpee
then
3 DSC
3 Inchworm
10 PVC passthrough
5 Power clean
5 Front squat
5 Jerk
200m Run
then
Warm-up to working weight for WOD

WOD: Max Ton & Run!
As a two person team: lift as many pounds and run as many meters as possible in 35 minutes. Team must lift 2lbs of weight for every meter ran, for example, if you run 1,000m, you must lift 2,000lbs when you get back from run. If you run 400m, you must lift 800lbs when you return from run. Team runs together with only 1 person lifting at a time. Teams can have any load they choose on the bar.
