4 rounds, against a 3 minute running clock:
7 Deadlift (255/175, use 55-60% of 1RM)
21 Wallball (20/14#)
14 T2B (scale to 10 reps)

Mobility:
2 minute barbell quad mash each leg
2 minute legs up the wall
1 minute childs pose
