Warm-up:
200m Run
75′ Walking Samson lunge
75′ Bear crawl
5 Up down dog
:20 Hollow hold
10 Superman
10 Top down deadlift
6 Muscle clean
10 Cossack squat
3 Deep squat complex
Warm-up power clean

WOD:
Every 3:30 for 21 minutes (6 sets)
6 Power Clean (Rx-135/95, Scale I-105/75, Scale II-85/50)
200m Run (Scale to 150m)
20 V-up (Tuck-up)
*We’ll be testing 1RM OHS or Front Squat Wednesday! Scale back load and/or intensity if you plan on attending Wednesday.

:30 Cat/cow
1:00 Lying knee twist
1:00 Straddle
