B) EMOM x 12 (4 sets)
Minute 1: 4-10 Strict HSPU or 2-5 wall walk ups (increase distance on HSPU or volume from last week)
Minute 2: 20-50 DU
Minute 3: 2-5 DB manmaker (40/30#)

Mobility:
4 minutes pigeon pose each side
