WOD:
A) Every :90 for 12 minutes (8 sets)

*Start first set at 65% and build each set with the goal of finishing heavier than last week.

S2O (95/65, 75/55, 60/40, 45/30)
*8 minute cap. This is meant to be light and fast! Scale weight and burpee reps to 15/12/9 in order to complete in under 8 minutes.
