Turkish get-ups
Beginners: 6 minutes of practice
Vets: 2-4 EMOM x 6 increasing load each minute

WOD:
4-5 Intervals
10 Burpees to a 6″ target
20 V-ups (Tuck-ups)
30 Double-Unders (45-60 Singles)
90 seconds rest
