Squat Clean
Start with 60% of 1RM and build each minute. Once you miss, drop the weight back down to ~85% and finish sets.
B) For time:
7 Hang power clean (185/125, 155/105, 115/80, 95/65)
21 Burpee over bar (lateral)
7 HPCL
15 Burpee over bar
7 HPCL
9 Burpee over bar
10 minute cap.
Mobility:
1 minute lying knee twist
1 minute pigeon each side
1 minute puppy dog stretch
