5 RM Front Squat + 2k Row for time
P1 will front squat then row, while P2 will row then front squat.
24 minutes for both partners to establish a 5 RM Front Squat and each row 2K.
Teams will have two numbers as their score: the combined load of front squat and the combined time for 2k row.
