Warm-up:
4 Inchworm
5 Up down dog
30 Shuffle split
2 Rounds of:
5 Pushup
5 Ring row
7 Air squat
7/4 Cal bike
then
20-30 SU
4 DSC
2-3 Strict pull-up

WOD:
EMOM x 24 minutes (6 sets)
Minute 1: 6-18 Air bike calorie
Minute 2: 45-90 Single-unders
Minute 3: 4-10 Strict pull-up or Ring row
Minute 4: Rest

Mobility:
:30 Puppy dog
:30 Dragon+ :30 Low dragon + :30 Lizard (left side then right)
