A) Every 4 minutes for 20 minutes (5 rounds):
15 KB swing (Choose a load that allows you to go UB)
200m Run (Scale to 150m)
20 Push-up (Scale to 10-15 pushup)
*Record times for each round.

B) Core:
3 Rnds
:30 Max V-up
:15 rest
:30 Plank
:15 rest
:30 Tuck or L-sit hold on pullup bar
:15 rest
