4 Inchworm
10 Hollow rock
10 Superman
10 Glute bridge
10 Iron cross
10 Top down deadlift
10 Reverse lunge w/ arms overhead
16 Speed skater

WOD:
Every 6 minutes for 24 minutes for quality:
8 Deadlift (Building)
16 DB Reverse lunge (Choose a load that is challenging for an UB set)
16 DB Bent over row on box (50/35#)
10 BB Hip thrust on bench

Mobility:
1:00 Forward fold
1:00 Saddle
