then
10 Tuck up
4 Yoga pushup

WOD:
For time
50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders (2-for-1 Single unders)
400m Run (Scale to 300m)
50-40-30-20-10 Abmat sit-up
20 Pushup (Scale to 15)
15/10 Calorie Air bike (Scale to :60 or less)
*Scale as needed to complete in under 30 minutes.

Mobility:
5 minute foam roll
