WOD:

A) 3-3-3-3-3 Tempo Back Squat @ 30×1
3 second descent, no pause in bottom, drive up fast!
15 minutes including warm-up.

B) Partner WOD
For time:
100 T2B (Scale to knee raise and/or 6 reps)
150 WB (20/14#, scale to 100 reps)
200 men/150 women Calorie row
*1 person working at a time. Partition as needed. Scale as needed in order to complete in under 22 minutes.
