P1 Runs 300m while P2 performs AMREP of V-ups then switch
P1 Runs 300m while P2 holds Plank then switch
P1 Runs 300m while P2 performs AMREP of Abmat Sit-ups then switch
P1 Runs 300m while P2 performs AMREP of Burpees to a plate then switch
Score is time + total reps (Each second of plank = 1 rep)
*25 minute cap.
Home WOD/Zoom: Same as above. Time each 300m run and perform V-ups, plank, Abmat & burpees for the same length of time as the run.
