Warm-up:

6 Cossack squat
8 Lunge w/ a twist L/R keep back knee off ground
8 Yoga pushup
2 rounds of:
6 BTN push press
4 Front squat
2 Squat clean & jerk
then
:20 Wrist stretch
:20 Bottom squat
WOD:
A) Clean & Jerk
EMOM x 10 Building
Start w/ 50% of current 1RM and add each minute.
B) 4 sets, each for max reps, of:
:30 Hang power clean (105/75#, no more than 55% of A)
:30 Rest
:30 S2O (Same as HPCL)

:30 Assault Bike Calorie

Home WOD/Zoom:
A) EMOM x 10
1-2 reps depending on how heavy your DB’are of:
(2 Broad jump +1 DB Squat clean + 1 DB split jerk+ 1 DB step up L/R)
