This is Matt and Jen’s last workout before they leave town to get hitched! Congrats guys!!

A) September Challenge Retest!
Single max set of unbroken thrusters (95/65#)

B) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets)
2 Tempo Front Squat @ 30×0
30×0= 3 second descent with no pause at bottom or top of squat

C) Partner WOD:
Team 4k row (alternate every 200m)

3 minute pigeon pose each side
