10/7 Dips (5/3 Muscle-Ups)
20 Abmat Sit-ups
AMRAP Man-Makers (Push-up, Row, Row, Squat Clean Thruster, no lunge) in remaining time

for 5 Rounds.

Score is total Man-makers performed during each round.
