20 Shoulder tap
4 Spiderman lunge w/ reach
10 Hollow rock
10 PVC Halo
75′ Bear crawl
200m Run
10 Jump squat w/ BB on back

WOD:

A) 3-2-1-3-2-1Thruster
*12 minutes including warm-up.

B) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
200m Run
Max DB Push Press in remaining time (50/35#)
