Warm-up:
P1 1:00 Row
P2 1:00 Inchworm lunge
10 Bootstrapper
10 Ring row
10 Superman
10 Tuck-up
10 Top down deadlift
3-5 Strict pull-up

WOD:
A) Every 3:30 minutes for 14 minutes (4 sets)
7 Deadlift (Building)
Max UB set of strict pull-up (minimum of 7, scale to ring row)

B) Partner Row:
In 10 minutes, accumulate as many calories as possible.

Mobility:
:45 Up down dog
:45 Happy baby
:45 Forward fold
