In teams of 3 accumulate as many points as possible for your team in 30 minutes:
5 DB man-maker (35/25#)
5 Thrusters (135/95#)
100′ Sled pull (105/70#, outside length of the building )
10 Hang power clean (135/95#)
15 Wallball (20/14#)
15 Box jump (24/20″)
150′ Run (main door to sidewalk)
Each movement equals one point. Everyone can work at the same time. You can only do a movement once before you must switch to a new movement and you must perform all the movements at least once.
