Warm-up:
4 Inchworm lunge
30 Jumping jax
10 Superman
4 Up down dog
2 Rounds of:
10 Air squat
10 Hollow rock
150m Run

WOD:
A) 5-5-5-5-5 Back squat @ 78-80% of 1RM
14 minutes including warm-up.

B) For time:
1 Mile Run (Scale to 1000m Run, 2k Row or 100/80 Cal Bike)

Mobility:
1:15 Couch Stretch
