A) Back Squat
Build to a heavy double
14 minutes including warm-up

B) Partner WOD!
Once through for time:
50 Burpees
60 Power Snatch (115/80 or ~55%)
70 T2B (knee raise)
80 Wallball (20/14#)
70 Slamball (25/20#)
60 Push press (115/80 or ~55%)
50 Burpees
25 minute cap

Mobility:
3 minutes sun salutations
3 minutes foam roll
