Columbus Day Schedule: Classes at 9:15am, 12:30pm, 5:15pm, and 6:00pm only.

A) Strict Press
Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes (7 sets)
Set 1: 4 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 3 reps @65%
Set 3: 2 reps @70%
Set 4: 1 rep @75%
Set 5-7: 3 reps @70%

B) 10 minute AMrep:
Minute 0-2: HSPU or DB strict press
Minute 2-4: Box jump over (24/20″)
Minute 4-6: Pullup
Minute 6-8: DU or SU
Minute 8-10: Pullup

Mobility:
1-minute lizard each side
2-minute seated saddle
