6 Hamstring curl
5 Hanging knee raise

WOD:
A) 12 minute AMRAP (for quality):
16 DB Single leg deadlift (50/35#)
12 Hamstring curls (ring or band) or 6-8 hamstring walk out

B) 10 minute AMRAP:
6-10 Strict T2B (knee raise)
150′ Sled Pull (Moderately heavy)

Mobility:

1:00 Forward fold
1:00 Saddle
