3 Position Snatch
high hang, mid-thigh, mid-patella
Build across all 6 sets.

B) 4 rounds, each against a 2 minute running clock:
10 S2O (165/115, 135/95, 105/75, 85/55)
AMREP’s DU in remaining time
Record total DU’s for all 4 rounds

Mobility:
2 minutes double lax ball t-spine
1 minute pec mash w/ lax ball
