Warm-up:
10 Leg swing
8 Bootstrapper
6 Spiderman lunge
5 Superman
10 Fire hydrant
4 Deep squat complex
10 Top down deadlift
4 Inchworm
WOD:
A) 9-7-5-9-7-5
Deadlift
15 minutes including warm-up. Build on the first 9-7-5, back the weight down and build again on the second set.
B) Team Sled pull
In teams of 3-4 perform a 10 minute AMRAP of 150′ sled pulls.
Use a weight that allows you to move fast!
