Warm-up:
5 minute AMRAP of:
4 Inchworm pushup lunge
8 T-spine openers
12 Speed skaters
8 Up/down dog
4 Deep Squat Complex

WOD:
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 DB Power Clean (50/35#)
6 Push-ups
18 DU (24 SU)

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Record Rounds and Reps for each cycle.
