Warm-up:
10 Bootstrapper
4 Spiderman lunge
30 Jumping jax
10 Air squat
12 Glute bridge
16 Fire hydrant
20 Dead bug
10 Superman
16 Speed skater

WOD:
A) 1RM Back squat
*Spend 14 minutes building to a heavy single. We’ll be using this number to base percentages off over the next several weeks.

B) 4 rounds of:
1 minute max Air squat
1 minute max Burpee
1 minute max DU (SU)

Mobility:
