A) Back Squat

20 minutes including warm-up sets.

B) Every :90 for 9 minutes (3 sets)
20 KB/DB walking lunge
8 Single arm DB bent over rows (8 each arm)

Mobility:
2 minutes in frog pose
2 minute forward fold
