Warm-up:

5 Inchworm push-up
30 Jumping jacks
5 Yoga push-up
:30 Single-under
:30 Air bike
:30 Up down
15 Penguin jumps
10 Hollow rock
5 Burpee
8 Single arm push press (4 each side)
10 DU/SU

WOD: EMOM x 24 (6 sets)
Minute 1: 16-20 Single arm DB Push Press (8-10 each side, 50/35# or Unbroken)
Minute 2: 6-18 Calorie Air bike (~45 seconds of work)
Minute 3: 5-10 Burpee + 15-25 DU (~45 seconds of work)
Minute 4: Rest

1:00 Child’s pose
