6 Muscle clean
4 Deep Squat complex

150m Run
WOD:
Every 5 minutes for 20 minutes (4 Rounds)
5 Power clean (building)
10 Burpee (Rx+ 15 burpee)
300m Run (Rx+ 400m, scale to 200m)
