15 Penguin jump
10 Front rack lunge w/ empty BB
20 SU
10 DU

WOD:
A) 5-5-5-5-5 Back squat @ 70% of 1RM
14 minutes including warm-up.

B) EMOM x 8 (4 sets)
1 minute max Front rack lunge (Rx-95/65)
1 minute max DU/SU
Record reps for each movement per round.

1:00 Pigeon
