Warm-up:
10 PVC passthrough
:45 Row
:45 Bike
4 Inchworm pushup
10 T-spine opener
10 Ring row
10 Push press
4 Up down dog
1 Wall walk up
5 Lat pull
4 Kip swing
3 COB pullup
2 C2B pullup

WOD:
EMOM x 24 (6 sets)
Minute 1: 10 COB Pullup + 5 C2B (Scale to ring row and jumping C2B)
Minute 2: 10 Push press (Choose a load that is challenging for 10 UB reps)
Minute 3: Alternate rounds between 10-20 Cal Row or 6-16 Cal Air bike
Minute 4: Rest
