Warm-up:
10 Leg swings
10 Bootstrapper
10 Superman
10 Top down deadlift
10 Spiderman lunge
10 Single leg glute bridges w/ 2 second hold
:20 Dead hang pull-up bar (play around w/ shifting weight to one hand then the other)
Warm-up DL

WOD:
8-10 RFT of:
5 Deadlift (185/135#)
10 Hip touches (Scale to one of the progressions in this video)
100m Farmers Carry (Choose a weight that is challenging, but allows you to complete the carry with zero drops).
*Scale as needed in order to finish in under 24 minutes.

Mobility:
1:30 Lying knee twist
