Warm up:
10 Leg swing
10 PVC passthrough
w/ PVC or barbell
5 Snatch grip high pull
5 Muscle snatch
5 Snatch land
5 OHS
5 Snatch drop
4 Inchworm
5 BTN push press
3 Hang snatch
2 Full snatch
w/ Barbell
150m run
5-7 Ring row

WOD:
A) 2 Snatch (Squat or power)
12 minutes to build to a heavy double in no more than 6 sets.
*Build heavier than last week. We’ll be testing 1RM next week!

B) 60 Push press for time (Rx 105/75,85/60, 65/45, 50/35)
for every break perform:
15 Ring Row (Scale to 10 reps)
150 Run (rx + 200m)
*12 minute cap

Mobility:
:45 Twisted cross
:45 Thread the needle
