A) In 12 minutes build as heavy as possible in the following clean complex:
Clean pull + High hang clean+ Hang clean + Front squat

B) 10-minute AMRAP:
50′ R arm DB OH walking lunge
50′ L arm DB OH walking lunge
20 Lateral DB box step overs
150m Run
*Use same DB load for lunge and step overs.
