Build to a heavy single in 6 minutes
Every 2 minutes for 6 minutes (3 sets)
3 reps @80-85% of heavy single.

C) 10 minute AMRAP of:
5-10 Strict pull-up
200m Run

2 minute dbl lax ball to t-spine
1 minute foam roll lats each side
