5 Yoga pushup
10 Passthrough
10 Halo
8 OHS
6 Hang power snatch
4 Power snatch
2 Squat snatch
3 Inchworm lunge
3 DSC
2 DB man-maker
4 Burpee over DB

WOD:
A) 15 minutes to find a new 1RM Snatch!

B) In 10 minutes ladder as high as possible:
1-2-3-4-5…DB Man-maker (Rx-50/35, Scale I-35/25, Scale II-25/15)
2-4-6-8-10…Burpee over DB
