*14 minutes including warm-up.

B) 20 Minute Partner AMRAP:
5 Burpee T2B (Scale to knee raise)
10 Front Rack Lunge (105/75#, scale as needed to keep sets UB)
20 DU (40 SU)
*Alternate rounds with partner.
