10-20-30-40-50…continue to add 10 reps to each movement
Abmat sit-ups

Rest 3 minutes then…

5 Rounds for time of:
Bear crawl 75′
Broad jump 75′
Do 5 push-ups after every 5 broad jumps
15 minute time cap
Record time and total # of push-ups.
