A) Every :90 for 10:30 (7 sets)
Hang snatch

B) 8 min. AMRAP of:
7 Push press (115/75, 95/65, 75/50)
9 T2B (Hanging knee raise)
12 KB swing (70/53#)

Mobility:
2 Rounds of
:30 min 1/2 seated straddle each side
:30 childs pose
:30 minute up dog/down dog
:30 twisted cross each side
