A) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes ( 5 sets)
1 rep 1 1/4 Front Squat (Less than 4 months CF sub Pause Squat w/2 second hold)

B) EMOM x 15 (5 sets)

Minute 1: 15 UB Wallball (11/10′, 20/14#) Scale to 10 reps and/or 10/9′ target.

Minute 2: Max AB Calories

Minute 3: Rest

:90 Couch stretch

:90 Foam roll IT band
