8 Up downs
20 Mountain climber
10 Hollow rock
8 Bootstrapper
6 Scales
150m Run

WOD:

18 V-up
12 Pushup
200m Run
18 Ab-mat situp
12 Burpee
*22 minute time cap. If round 1 takes longer than 5 minutes, scale round 2 to 150m run and/or 14/8 reps.
